How do I register for Keno Connect?

Go to www.kenoconnect.com.au, click the ‘Register’ button, enter the password “KenoLetsPlay” and complete the online form to receive a username and password to access the website.

How do I update my venue Keno Connect password?

Go to ‘Venue Profile’ under the Venue Home menu tab, click the options button and ‘Change Password’. Please remember to let all relevant venue contacts know if you change the password as often multiple people access this site regularly.

How do I update the contacts associated to my venue?

Go to the Venue Contacts section under ‘Venue Profile’ on the Venue Home menu tab to edit or delete contacts listed. Or click on the options button to ‘Add New Contact’.

Can more than one venue contact register for a venue?

Yes. An unlimited number of contacts can register at a venue. New staff can register at any time by going to ‘Venue Profile’ on the Venue Home menu tab.

What are the Terms of Use for the Keno Connect website?

The website Terms of Use can be viewed by going to the ‘Terms and Conditions’ link in the footer of the website.

Does Keno Connect have a Privacy Policy?

How do I update my venues Cash Pay Out Limit?

Go to the Venue Details section under ‘Venue Profile’ on the Venue Home menu tab, click the options button and fill out the online form to submit. Your request will go to the Keno Operations team and your change will take effect within 2 business days.

 

How do I update my venues Operator Writer Numbers?

Go to the Writer Numbers section under ‘Venue Profile’ on the Venue Home menu tab, click the options button and fill out the online form to submit. Your request will go to the Keno Operations team and your change will take effect within 2 business days.

Promotions
How do I order a Promotion?

Go to the Promotions menu tab and select follow the campaign type you would like to create, then follow the step by step wizard to order the promotion. Please see separate T&CS in the Promotions menu tab for more details.

Keno Toolkit
How do I use the Keno Toolkit?

Use the ‘Marketing Assets’ menu to download product or promotional marketing material or use the ‘Documents’ menu to download venue forms, training guides and Legal and Regulatory documents.

To download more than one file at a time, click the ‘Add to Folder’ icon to add item to your Keno Toolkit folder.  When ready, click the Keno Toolkit icon to download all files at once or email the files as a link to an email address

How do I order Stationery?

Rewards Shop
When can I Shop Rewards?

If you earn KCL Dollars in the Keno Champions League incentive, these KCL Dollars will be awarded into your venues account, to be spent in the Rewards Shop.

Can I return a reward?

Once redeemed rewards can’t not be returned or exchanged. If your item is damaged of faulty please contact the Keno Connect team on info@kenoconnect.com.au

Are rewards under warranty?

Standard brand product warranties apply. Please contact the Customer Service team of the item you – E.g. For an Apple Watch, please contact Apple Customer Service.

If you need a Proof of Purchase for your warranty, please email the Keno Connect team on info@kenoconnect.com.au
